Hike - Gardnerville

(Meet in parking lot off Foothill Rd)

We will gather at the parking lot at 9:15a and head out at 9:30a. We will explore the one of the many trails. Dogs on leash. This around a 3 mile hike with some elevation (Approx. 500′) . Parts of the trail are more sandy. Don’t forget your water!

Our only agenda is to build community together. Feel free to invite a friend!

Picnic In the Park! This is an opportunity for you , your friends and family to connect with others face to face. All ages welcome!

There is a playground. We will meet there! Bring your picnic, blankets, or chairs. Let’s have fun hanging out with each other. There is shade, and a splash pad as well for those who just want to relax and be with others.

Let’s get above the heat together! Castle Rock off of Kingsburg! Feel free to carpool at the park and ride at the base of Kingsbury. Let us know if you want to do that by texting or calling the number below.

Come join us! 2.9 Mile (moderate) hike. 570′ of elevation gain.

moonlit walk - genoa

(Meet at Genoa Town Park)

We will meet at the Genoa Town Park (Nixon St) parking lot and then walk the paved path along along Foothill toward Wally’s Hot Springs. This an out and back path with minimal elevation. The full moon should light the path. Hike weather permitting. We will gather at 8:30 and leave at 8:45.

We are currently facing a “LONELINESS EPIDEMIC”.

Together, we can do something about it!

We are building community one “Porch” at a time. Inspiring individuals and groups to create Porch Environments all across their community, in their neighborhoods, for the purpose of authentically connecting with others. Intentionally holding space for one another, and lending a genuine helping hand as needed. We are stronger together. As we partner with people like YOU, we can restore safe, caring, and strong neighborhoods, which will transform the way we do life with one another.
